how do y'all coordinate this? Some supplements interfere with others or can't be taken at the same time. How do you keep track?

All of mine can be taken at the same time. I take them with a meal. The Ginger helps to absorb the rest.
The only exception is the Miracle Mineral Supplement. I have to take that away from any vitamin C, antioxident, or medication. Since it is an oxidizer, antioxidents render it useless. Dan |

I'm so awful at keeping up with supplements, I have Bimuno prebiotic powder which I add to food, a daily energiser with B Vitamins and CoQ10, zinc tablets and a liquid iron formula. I've had to stop the iron for the past 10 days though due to surgery on Wednesday.
