how do y'all coordinate this? Some supplements interfere with others or can't be taken at the same time. How do you keep track?

Calcium Carbonate(Just started)
VSL #3(Just got prescription strength today)
I go through gung ho periods were I'm really good about taking them. And then other times I get sooooo sick of having pills for breakfast that I get lazy. Right now I am feeling so much fatigue I'm back to taking them.

All of mine can be taken at the same time. I take them with a meal. The Ginger helps to absorb the rest.

The only exception is the Miracle Mineral Supplement. I have to take that away from any vitamin C, antioxident, or medication. Since it is an oxidizer, antioxidents render it useless.

I'm so awful at keeping up with supplements, I have Bimuno prebiotic powder which I add to food, a daily energiser with B Vitamins and CoQ10, zinc tablets and a liquid iron formula. I've had to stop the iron for the past 10 days though due to surgery on Wednesday.
