Sores UNDER tongue?

Location
USA
Does anyone else get sores under their tongue? It's quite painful and annoying. It seems like the most common place people get them in their mouth is on the gums or lips. Am I just weird? :shifty:

What can I do about these?

All the time. This is, according to my Dr. a manifestation of Crohn's, and I take a mouthwash he calls the (magic elixir) which has many different formulas. Mine is pink and I take a teaspoonful four times a day til the soreness and ulcers go away. The ulcers are called lesions in Crohnspeak.
My gums and tongue swell and are painful also so the elixir is good for me.
Whit
