IBD Diet?

CCFA has recently partnered up with UPenn & Nestle on a study "Food and Resulting Microbial Metabolites (FARMM)".

It's nice that there are some mainstream studies, including the UMass one you cited, focusing on the impact of diet to alter the gut flora and uncover more mysteries about this disease.

Well I for one buy it. This is basically the way we switched our eating to and o is doing great! I am also excited about all the research starting to come out.
