Hiya!

Would you be interested in having a conference or convention so we can all get together and meet?

We're trying to think of ways to defray costs, so don't let that sway your vote. We just want to know how many would be interested

I wouldn't be interested this year because I am broke but when I get some money and out of school I would definitely be interested in something like this.

Actually if ya'll have it in Nashville, Birmingham, or Huntsville then I can go if it's a weekend during the summer. But other than that I probably can't go.

Maybe - I'm coming back to the US for 3 months from May 2010, so you never know timings might just work out.

I'd be happy to work with someone on getting funding - but we need to figure out what the conf is all about first so we can pitch it.

For me it'd depend on when and where and whether I could afford to get there and bring the family. The FX work could fall at any time, so scheduling is always difficult for us.

I would love to do something like that! There is a great conference center in Ocean City, MD and local hotels usually give discounts to people who are in town for conferences. Just an Idea.
