I would like to know what I CAN eat I have taken endacort for years & it no longer works, my Dr. has nothing more I am eating white rice,organic chicken and bananas and ginger chamomile tea and I wonder if this will ever end flare up this is the worst over one month: I hope someone can help me with this thanks

That's a long time to be on Encort. I would consider getting a second opinion. I am afraid I am not very familiar with microscopic colitis but I know there is some here that are. David?
