255 CDAI drop from synbiotic therapy(fiber+probiotics)?

This study isn't new to me its from 2007, but I guess I just forgot about it. But I re-read the details of how much the CDAI score was lowered(255 points) and now i see that this is pretty significant after reading how even some prescription medications aren't even this dramatic. Pretty good for a natural alternative therapy that probably costs about 30 bucks a month, the most expensive item being the probiotics. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17688660

For example adalimumab(humira) led to a 100 point reduction at its highest dosage. see section titled induction of therapy.

This is great but one should take care to consider the FODMAPs many probiotics are formulated with - like lactose. These compounds can worsen a case of concomitant Crohn's + SIBO, which is not very rare. Substances like 24 hr yogurt avoid this issue.
