Have Crohn's and also a hip problem

i had a x ray of my hip about 8 years ago. it showed that the ball in my hip is deteriorating. the couple years later was dx with Crohn's. had a resection in 2009 . im on Humira bi-monthly. i go to the gym. but was wondering can my hip issue. flare up my Crohn's even in remission if i overdue leg exercises.could the exercises i do irritate scar tissue or rub against my intestines. please help

I tend to think its not a problem. I dont think our mobile bones touch our digestive organs, the intestines seems to be protected by the pelvis and iliac large ears! :

When you do the exercises, do you feel any sort of irritation during or after?
