Gluten free pretzels

I eat gluten free pretzels all the time with no problem. This afternoon, I was eating some and I got a hard pain on my left side.

Was this an immediate pain? If so, doubt it was the pretzels since its effects would take awhile as they travel through your GI tract(unless the pain came from your stomach). Some of those gluten free products are highly processed. Read the ingredients, sometimes they have funky stuff. I try to stay away from Xanthum gum which is in almost 90% of processed gluten-free foods.

I had already been eating it for about ten minutes. It was probably something else since it would probably take a few hours.

I get stomach cramps pretty soon after I eat sometimes. And if it was your left side it could always be your stomach.
