Spasms?

Sometimes, my upper body is involuntarily making jerking motions. Does this happen to anyone else?

Is it your whole upper body, or your arms/hands? I've had hand and arm spasms/twitches and tingling when I'm severely dehydrated, but not my whole upper body, and it only happens when I'm very dehydrated. At any rate, it's probably something you should get checked out by a doctor.
