Remicade, male fertility

I have one son 22, on remicade since 2012. His younger brother, 19, will need to start, he has been on imuran off and on for 7 years. Any updates on if remicade causes infertility? I'm thinking of having him freeze some sperm before he starts. He has been drug free for about a year and seems like now or never. The Drs say no worries.. but not sure I believe everything they say.

Any Dads out there who can give me some advice?

thanks !

I potentially have to go on Remicade soon and this was something I was also wondering about.

I also always think about getting my sperm frozen before my genes change anymore than they already have.

Not a dad however: they have found Remicade to not affect fertility in males or females. I wouldn't be concerned at all.
