My Support Groups:
Not all cd patients react to gluten, many don't so count yourself lucky. I wouldn't know what to eat if I couldn't have gluten!

Sometimes, I imagine they were wrong and that I can have gluten actually.

Don't think i have bloating think i have abdominal distension but not met one doctor who even understands that there's some fundamental differences.

Think as long as i just eat fruit and veg during the day can live without bread all together and know that pataks do gluten free naan to go with my curry ☺☺☺
