Hiatal hernia

I talked to a nurse over the phone today . I told her every couple of months I get pain in and around my belly button. At first , she was wondering about scar tissue because I had a resection. Then, I mentioned that sometimes it happens when I sneeze or cough. She then suggested it could be my hiatal hernia. She also mentioned that sometimes a hiatal hernia can affect Crohns Disease.
