Newly diagnosed

Hello all, I'm newly diagnosed and just wondering when you truly know you are having a flare and not just bad food or a virus. I've had abdominal pain, bloating and mouth ulcers since Sunday (today is Friday). I've been told that the ulcers in my mouth can be related to Crohns. My symptoms started out more like UC w/o pain. This is really first time since diagnosis that I've had some stomach issues. Just curious. Thanks.

I would contact your doctor and let them know what is going on. I wish you the best. All of these could be signs of a flare but not sure.
