My Support Groups:
I do not notice anything specifically due to fructose. I do find a tremendous increase in intestinal gas production when I eat a lot of high sugar foods though. If I still had the strictures I used to, I would be in agony from it.

My Support Groups:
Not only fructose makes my Crohn's worse, but it also triggers migraine attacks for me. It is a known migraine trigger for some.
