Arthritis question

Does anyone take glucosamine for their joints? Notice any difference?

I did for awhile unfortunately didn't do a lot for me. It works for my mom though she took the combo, Glucosamine Chondroitin. I put tiger balm on my knees and that helps.

I get it at Fred Meyer but any martial arts or health food store. It's for pain. I love the cinnamon version, but it can stain your clothes so watch out.

I have used glucosamine in the past works well if you take it with an omega 3 like fish oil or flaxseed oil they seem to complement each other

Also turmeric or curcumin work wonders for joint pain and crohn's I take these everyday.

I took it before but it never did anything for me.
The past few months I've been taking Turmeric and eating Gingerbread and it's helped a bunch.

I bought some glucosamine with MSM, and it has that ingredient "c" word you guys mentioned. I will give it a try. I saw turmeric there and thought about it, next time I'm in the pharmacy I will try it. Thanks!
