It is hard to say. I would see a doctor.

Do you normally have headaches that last for seven days? Usually a headache of that duration warrants a trip to the doctor's office, whether it's a flare or something else. I think it would be wise to get it (and your fever and nausea) checked out.

I asked my doctor and he said it might be some kind of infection so he put me on antibiotics,
Just curious, I usually have constipation, if pain doesn't last too long (maybe 15-20min) is it a flare ? Or is it just stool irritating the affected area of my gut ?
When should I seek help ? And when it's not necessary?

Do you have regular check up with your gastroenterologist?
pain in the intestine that lasts 15 to 20 minutes is not normal in my books, but It doesnt mean it is a flare either.
It is important to have regular blood test and calproprotectine stool test to monitor your condition. If you have not done these in a long time, I would encourage you have them done soon.

I'm new to this crohns stuff too and I don't really know either. I think maybe you should ask your gastro what symptoms you should seek help for. I started remicade a few months ago, so I'm supposed to see my dr every few months.

As for a flare up, from what o read on here, everyone is different. The one I had in dec which got me diagnosed with crohns was I'd have to run to the bathroom during and after every meal. I was in a ton of discomfort, a lot of blood in my stools, erythema nodosum on my legs, going #2 10-12 times a day and I lost about 10-15 lbs in 2 weeks.

However the only headaches I got were from the remicade.

I'm still trying to figure out my diet at this point. Like I said I see my dr every few months. I'm going to ask her about what symptoms should I call for an in between appt because of your post because I really don't know.
