1) Strawberry, banana and coconut smoothie
Ingredients

method

Take off the top of the strawberries and peel the banana. Put everything in a blender along with a few ice cubes if your fruits are not cold, and blend till smooth. Taste and add a sweetener if you like, but I didn't feel the need. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

I have found coconut water, ripe banana, ripe papaya, all to be excellent for UC. Slippery Elm Banana Smoothie is very good.

Aren't strawberries full of little seeds? Not sure that would do my Crohns any good.

Yes the little seeds irritate me too.

Only attempt strawberries if you have a very powerful blender.
