Is it safe to give the Methotrexate shot when your child has a cold?

We are allowed to give MTX with a cold as long as there is no fever (fever is above 100.4 F) according to our GI/rheumatologist. You can call the on-call GI if you're unsure.

Same here. Not to give if fever was over an 100.0.
I hope he feels better soon.
