Hydrogen Breath Test

Hi All,
I am getting ready for my breath test tomorrow you have to go through a long fasting period and no drinks for eight hours before test unless it is with soy or lactose free milk. I hope I don't start feeling sick, will this test help find out what is going on as my colonoscopy came back ok but my stool samples still show high inflammation?

The results of the breath test were positive I have to wait now for my consultant to prescribe antibiotics for a week and see how it goes, hope you are ok today?
