Supplements that should or should not be taken?!

Hi everyone, I made a video detailing supplements that have helped me in my efforts with IBD. If you are interested, I have posted the link to watch.

I noticed that many people I encounter (online and in person) have a misconception of supplements and their use. In the video, I detail my experience with supplements, such as protein powders, BCAA/EAA, multi-vitamins, Omega-3, and "mass gainers". And provide my opinion based on scientific evidence and self-reported data as to whether they should be used.

I hope this helps anyone! I also wouldn't mind hearing from everyone in their opinion, as obviously everyone's IBD case is different to a degree.
