Carbonated Water and Yogurt?

These are two things I cannot tell if I can eat or not.

I love seltzer but I am not sure if it is safe.

And I do not like Yogurt but have been told it can help a flare. I ate some and a specific pain in my right side that used to hurt before I went dairy/gluten free has returned.

I am curious to know if anyone reacts to these two things.

I have no problem with yogurt, you can get lactose free ones now. Carbonated soda, or water, is best avoided, but you know your body. It can create gas and bloat, I rarely drink sodas and when you are on a few meds, it is best to drink water for many reasons. Just tip, not written in stone.

Guys like us do not need extra carbonation, too much gas already.
