Redish purple bumps that hurt

Does anyone ever get redish purple bumps similar to pimples but not exactly and if you try to squeeze them they only produce clear liquid and sometimes nothing and they hurt?

The only bumps I have gotten are ingrown hairs. Painful and clear liquid can come out if you squeeze them.
