- Tocopherols (Alpha-, Beta-, Gamma-, or Delta- Tocopherol)
---- Well Studied. Most literature is on Tocopherols
---- Present in Corn, Soybean and Olive Oils

- Tocotrienols (Alpha-, Beta-, Gamma-, or Delta- Tocotrienol)
---- Less Well Understood. Only very recently studied extensively.
---- Tocotrienols have recently been shown to have cholesterol-lowering [1], anti-cancer [1], and neuroprotective properties [1][2][3].
---- Found in Rice Bran, Palm and Barley Oils
