Mayo Clinic: What are the common mimics of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease?

I watched this presentation the other day and thought it might be interesting to some, if not please feel free and delete. It got my attention and wanted to share. I will also post another thread with another Mayo Clinic presentation in case anyone is interested.
