After a suggestion from Karen, it has been decided to start this new (sub-)forum. Basically this is a place where you can exchange food and recipe ideas. These can be anything from things that you eat during a flair-up to recipes for items you may eat on your specific diet. You can also share information or ask questions about any diet you have been on or are thinking about trying.
If you are posting a recipe, please indicate when you usually have the item (during flair up, when feeling fine ,etc.) and also whether it is something that can fit a certain diet (like wheat and dairy free, or low residue).
