Does it sound like Crohn's?

Edit
For approx. 3 yrs I've felt shitty. Went to dr. about 2 yrs ago. Inflammatory bloodwork was high. Sent to rheumatolologist, who despite my sx's said nothing is wrong. I just figured, maybe i'm just getting old/ unhealthy. Fast fwd to about a month ago, I started experiencing abd discomfort wed eve. By Sunday I bloated every time I ate, even if it was small. (looked 6m preg. bloating has never been an issue) Pain had moved to right lower quad. Went to emerg as I was worried about appendicitis. CT done, said I had lymphanditis and to f/u with my dr. Went to dr on the wed. felt even crappier. The CT showed "crohns" he consulted with GI. Started me on entocort. Went to GI dr. yesterday. Said CT also showed liver lesions. I do have pain in that area. I have a colonoscopy booked for next week. I have always had on and off stomach issues, from my teens. Cramping/ diarrhea but it always came and went so just figured sensitive tummy.
Sx's thus far (past 3 years or so) body aches/pains, joint pain/weakness, lower back, hip pain, very bad fatigue, mouth sores, general feeling unwell, feeling of something rubbing my ribs right side when bending, migarines all getting progressively worse\

past month: bloating, abd. discomfort, feeling full, upper right abd pain.

does this sound like crohn's? something else? I'm losing my mind, getting scared... I have 3 young kiddos, work full time as a mental health nurse!! 33 yr old F

It definitely sounds like an IBD. I had the same symptoms it took 3 years to get my dx. You have to stay diligent! I was getting no where with my Dr. So I kept going to the er. Finally they saw a pattern. I was admitted and had both endoscopy and colonoscopy done. I had kiddos at home also. I was also told from age 5 I had a sensitive stomach. Somehow grew out of it for 25 years and then came back with a vengeance. DO NOT listen when drs. Tell you it's normal or nothing's wrong. I believed that losing my ability to walk was just part of Crohn's because my gi was a specialist. Have they even suggested prednisone? Flagyl? They can sometimes help reduce your symptoms. Good luck!

Right now I am on Entocort. I think my biggest worry now is my liver... just the uncertainty. I did not realize initially that Crohns affects the whole body, I like most thought it was strictly a stomach thing. My family doc and I'm told my GI specialist are great.

I had no idea either that Crohn's could effect EVERYTHING! I have and had some very odd symptoms thinking it was something else but ended up being from Crohn's. I wish I had an answer about your liver. That's scary. I've known several people with liver issues not related to Crohn's but they healed it took time
Though. Don't loose Faith. I pray your drs are top notch. I'm praying for you. This disease is difficult.
