Completely understandable after the ups and downs you have had. I hooe this latest is just a blip and you return to better health and good life soon.

Hey Ron so do i mate..
I wonder if its part n parcel of what we have. Some times i feel like the the whole world can just f..k off n leave me alone. Other times im ok and feeling fine. Want life to be great but it somtimes aint n i cant be arsed with dealing with day to day stuff. Just want to like hibernate i guess .

I agree, for sure. Of course it's usually strongest when I'm having a severe flare. My psychiatrist diagnosed me with depression. I've been really helped by seeing a therapist and taking antidepressants.
