What would give you more spoons?

I have had Crohn's Disease for almost 15 years and am struggling for energy these days (getting a few iron infusions this week and next–that will help). It had me thinking if you could magically get more spoons in a day what would you use them for? Or better yet if people could help you save spoons through helping you out. If it was me it would be for energy! I deal with Crohn's Disease, along with Anemia and other energy sucking issues.

Like if you could receive things that would save you spoons. For example, if my neighbor came over and said, Leslie I made dinner for you to save you three spoons today (how awesome). Or I will take the kids to practice today so that you can rest?

What would you all want if this was the case? What would help you the most? Just wondering what you all struggle with.
