Triple combination therapy, a future approach for severe IBD?

I was looking at the clinical trials and this trial caught my attention... Phase 4 already...
Entyvio+Humira+méthotrexate...
of course I am not a big fan of big drugs and would prefer more research on more natural remedies, but triple combination therapy could be a future route for very severe cases... If it saves lives and organs, it could be interesting...
