So my friend went in for a hernia repair this week and she is going on a liquid diet for the first few weeks, and then going on a diet worked out by a dietician consisting of mostly fish and chicken and vegetables that will be soft seeing as her hernia is in her esophagous, also no white bread, only rye. Do you guys think it would be good for my crohns if i follow it with her??? Its also worked out for her to lose about 10 kg in the six weeks she needs to follow it.
