Ibd blood test

I have. I've taken that blood test before, and it said I was negative for both Crohns and UC. I've had Crohn's since I was 14, my last GI was just curious what it would say. He said it wasn't all that accurate.

I had this done and it came back positive for Crohn's. But he has scoped me top to bottom and not found anything other than esophagitis and mild gastritis. So I dunno...
