Surgery + flare up

I had bowel resection surgery in July 2010. I have been having bad stomach pains in area of surgery and upset stomach multiple times a day on most days again. I have been taking Humira again after surgery since Sept 2010. Have any of you had a flare up this soon after surgery? Thought surgery was going to lead to some relief. Gastro dr is doing a CT scan and likely colonoscopy soon to determine what's going on.

Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.
