Just thought you all might want to know that the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of Southern California is having a 5K walk in LA on August 26th. I just registered and my fundraising is underway.

I know we all spend a ton of money on this crazy disease anyway, but if anyone feels so inclined to sponsor me of course I'd greatly appreciate it. I've hit up all of my friends and family and I'm happy to say folks are being quite generous.
The really great news is that after my bad flare up this past spring, I feel well enough to do a 5k. (I'm only walking, not running or racing, but still....)
