Folic acid and b12

I take 1500 mg at least of B12 per day and 5 mg of folic acid per day around the mtx injection. I started the folic acid because they have me on mtx for Rheumatoid Arthritis and B12 because of the Crohn's. The B12 has been on my list of pills for years.

I have an especially hard time absorbing B12 as I've had most my terminal ileum removed. And in addition to being on MTX, I take 5mg/day sublingually ...that's 83,250% of the Daily Value haha.

And then I take 1g of Folic Acid.
