Zinc Supplement-any recommendations

My son tested low for zinc. Dr recommends 15mg supplement. Does anyone have recommendation for brand, liquid/pill, zinc form? Thanks for your help.

Sorry hun, no recommendations here either, but as Tess has suggested you might get some responses if you ask in the diet and supplement forum.

It was hard to find non-cold ones without echinacea or other herbals when my son needed a zinc supplement last year. I found Source Naturals Wellness Zinc lozenges at Henrys/Sprouts market. It's zinc gluconate with vitamin C. A decent Peach-Raspberry flavor, I've taken a few myself.
