SCD Diet & Alcohol

Here is some great info on Alcohol and the SCD Diet. My favorite drink is pineapple & orange juice with vodka yum. One or two drinks once or twice a week as long as symptom free.

Hi there,

Has anyone on SCD noticed that alcohol doesn't seem to have as much of an effect while on SCD?

I am on SCD and my husband is on it with me while at home (eats out other times), and we both have noticed that alcohol doesn't seem to affect us as much now.

Just curious if anyone else has noticed the same thing...
