always felt as tho i had not emptied bowels,,still get this now

I now suffer from severe slow transit now,on the transit test out of 60 markers still had 58 in my colon after 12 days,

seem to get the "flu" instant and goes as quick as it came,
severe sore throat too also comes and goes

dry skin, and blisters like bumps on skin on hands

but the worst is the fatique im so tired and some days i sleep most of the time,,and when not sleeping unable to move due to tiredness,
i do suffer underactive thyroid but i know it is not this.

Heart rythem is going crazy alot too,

Hi and welcome to the forum! :D

Well one possible thing to rule out might be IBS since bleeding does not occur. Few things to suggest if you haven't done it already would be to see a GI specialist so you can have some proper testing done like a colonoscopy, CT scan, MRI, MRE, small bowel follow through, pill cam, endoscopy and blood work.

Now with the blood work you wont just be checking for inflammation etc but you need your vitamin levels tested (Iron, B12, Vit A, C, D, E folic acid, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc etc). You mentioned some things such as fatigue, dry eyes, seeing blood in stool, and headaches all of which could be connected to a vitamin deficiency or being low in any of them. With IBD vitamin deficiencies are very common since having inflammation, scar tissue, diarrhea etc make absorbing nutrients very difficult to sometimes impossible for some people.

You'll also want to see a Rheumatoid specialist for the joint pain you're having. Even if you don't have RA they are the best for treating all types of arthritis and even joint pain in general (although it sounds likely that you have some sort of arthritis going on, an x-ray will show if you have arthritis).

Also get your gallbladder checked that can cause pain under right ribs and throughout the back and shoulder .
Have you had any tests at all yet Hun?

Hi Donna and welcome :)

I'm with Crabby, get all those vitamins and minerals tested. Also read up on Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth which often occurs with slow transit times like you're experiencing.

Please keep us updated. We're here for you :)
