Questions about pregnancy while on remicade

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the group and have few questions I was wondering if anyone could answer. First, I am 29 years old. I was diagnosed with crohns at 25. For the past few years I have been on remicade infusions every 8 weeks. My husband and I are trying to conceive and have meet with a specialist on Crohns, a high risk gyno, along with my gastrologist. All say I should stay on remicade through the entire pregnancy....I have read a lot and heard this is safe. Any feedback?

Also, my high risk gyno said to take my normal vitamins and in addition 800 mg of folic acid 5 times a day. Has anyone else been recommended to take this high dose?

What vitamins are best to take? I am on vitamin b12, probiotics, d3, and vitamin c. I tried to take prenatal while trying to conceive and they were too hard on my stomach.

Thanks for any feedback on all these questions. :)
