Nose bleed?

I have very minor nose bleeds, like if I blow my nose I will see maybe scab or some blood. never enough to run. I just dismiss it and never considered a cause.

yes, i get them too. they stopped when i started the prednisone in february to treat my flare. I think that this time around my flare was causing them, especially since I already know my gums bleed when I am flaring.
BUT I have been known to have nose bleed issues my whole life off and on...
I also seem to get them at the end of an episode of sinus congestion.

I've had them before but last week I had a really frightening one that wouldn't stop and I ended up being taken to hospital.
