Feeling like crap...

So sick of waiting for doctors and specialists :( The last 3 days I have been so nauseous and throwing up at least once a day. Been using the washroom way more than usual and just all around miserable :ybatty::ybatty: To top it off, me not being able to work as much as I need too is causing us to fall behind in our utility bills :( I'm afraid they are gonna start shutting stuff off :( And because we can't afford that, my MJ stash is now gone and has been for a couple days which is likely why my symptoms are rearing their ugly head full force

Gonna do a liquid diet and see if I can keep that down, and going to call my GP office and ask AGAIN about the referrals

Sorry guys, just needed to vent somewhere. I hate venting to my friends and family about it. I hate asking for help especially financially and I don't want then to feel they need to help us out. Just really bummed right now

I don't know if you have this in Canada or not but here in the USA we have something called Cash Aid that you can get from Social Services and they do help with utility bills for a short time. You could also contact the utility companies and see if they might have some sort of program for people with disabilities or low income individuals etc and see if they may be willing to work with you.

A liquid diet could help but if you're still waiting for referrals to specialists you may want to actually go in and see your GP if you've gotten worse since the last time you saw them (gotta see someone soon, hopefully you won't have to go to the hospital).

I'm sorry you're not doing well. We're all here for you. :ghug:

Thanks Jennifer. Problem is social services would look at us and laugh and laugh. My husband has an excellent job that pays him almost 6 figures. The problem is we had a bunch of bills go to collections a few years back and he's being garnished for them :( So we aren't low income by any means, just being screwed by credit card companies at the moment. Only a couple months of them taking his money and we are in the clear.

A good friend stopped by yesterday and was kind enough to bring me stuff for a liquid diet. She said to let the utility companies know what is going on. With it being winter, I'm sick and we have a small child, by law they can't terminate services, so I guess I'll let them know what is happening. UGH! I feel so damn useless!

That was nice of your friend. :) Hopefully you'll get the utility companies squared away and you won't have to worry about it for a little while. Things will get better.
