Joint pain and Octasa!

Hi,

I have been taking Octasa for nearly 3 years since a mild flare up of proctitis and have noticed my joints hurting more and more. I am stiff and achy every morning, it goes when I get moving but as soon as I have sat down again it comes back. Could this be a side effect?
