Reclast for Osteoperosis

I am being prescribed Reclast for my Osteoperosis induced by prednisone. Wondering if anyone has had this infusion and has any feedback on how fast it works, how they feel good or bad etc?

I had a Reclast infusion last June, and will probably continue to have them every year, unless things change. I had no reactions or side effects, and feel fine. I'll know how well it works after I have my bone density scan in a couple of months.

I should add, after researching the drug, I found significant stastics showing fewer breaks, but not a lot of observable increase in bone mass. It's the same class of drugs as the oral medications, but they would be too irritating to my stomach.
