Hi. I am a 41 year old sufferer- it started in 2005 and was diagnosed a year later. I have mild crohn's compared to most. No surgeries and except for occasional flare ups (that sometimes last a VERY long time) I pretty much have it under control.

I read here frequently to see what helps other people.

Hi Pondo, and welcome to the forum.

I'm glad that you have control over your disease. Do you have any tips for others?
