Beginner tips?

I am 43 and was diagnosed with Crohn's this week. I was passing blood off and on for 2 weeks. I went to the dr thought it was hemorrhoids. It continued, do I called dr back and a colonoscopy was recommended. I had no discomfort or pain. No diarrhea. Nothing. Since the colonoscopy, I live in the bathroom. I think it's odd I had none of that prior. I am on Asacol HD and Canasa. Anyone have thoughts about meds or tips?

When did you have the colonoscopy? I wonder if the prep stuff is still working on you. The procedure itself wouldn't cause diarrhea.
