Had anyone heard of the herbal supplement?

The new GI suggested we try it. She said there's medical studies that support it has benefits in stopping our help reducing nausea, bloating and cramping.
She said give it one month to see if it can help both kids.

Sorry, I've not heard of it, but I'd be interested in hearing your experience with it.

Thanks I haven't ordered it yet. I'm a bit nervous because in the past with any natural supplement Grace seems to react badly.
However even I have stomach problems and will be interested in using it.

I'll report back with an update.

DS tried Iberogast for several months. I don't think it did anything for him but it certainly did no harm either. He hated the taste of it which caused some strife at meal times. I recently gave a unused bottle to a coworker to try. I'll have to find out what he thinks of it. It is worth a try.
