Anyone try Deplin as an augment to their antidepressant? It's high dose folic acid that the body recognizes. My doctor is trying me on it given crohns interferes with folic acid absorption anyway. I hope this is the magic pill for my mood and energy but i doubt ill be that lucky.

Day 3 of Deplin. Might be increasing diarrhea, not sure. I'm not one of the immediate miracles I guess but I'll give it a few weeks to see what happens.

Hmmm...I don't have experience with it, but I really hope it helps. I know that I have issues with absorbing medications orally from Crohn's, so it makes sense that your doc would prescribe it. Fingers crossed for you.
