Cramping?

Cramping (at least I feel) is more than a little tightening. Maybe this is a very light form of it and you haven't had any cramping before, so it is noticeable? Not really sure, but watch to see if it recedes or sticks around.

I would associate a tightening feeling more with bloating than cramping, but it really depends. Was it very painful? Were you gassy at all?
