Book recommendation

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any recommendations for books that teach you how to meditate, relaxation? Or any books on how to manage anxiety?

Thank you!

I don't have any specific books but I've heard a lot of good things on mindfulness. It's based on the brains plasticity (ability to rewire itself). I'm told its used at the Hospital For Sick Kids in Toronoto with kids dealing with chronic pain (IBD, cancer, etc.) with great results.
