I have stricturing fissuring fistula crohn's since 1990s with sever depression

Have you tried EEN ( formula only ) no food?

It's a treatment used in kids instead of steriods to induce remission.
Most need maintanence meds but there is Ibd-aid diet or pen ( partial enteral nutrition plus crohns exclusive diet )
Again these are meant to induce remisson. But some have had longer term success on them .

I have been on a semi strict scd diet seemed to help a lot, but just not hungry now. My food phobia is pretty high now. on low res diet for over year I don't even remember what bread taste like so maybe a pure liquid diet.
