I've been feeling a lot better like I was getting over a flair then out of nowhere this afternoon I've been going toilet and there is LOADS of blood does anyone know what could set this off so quickly??

not sure maybe seems like disease flaring again brutally. Contact your GI asap.
That can happen if you have eaten food with sharp edges such as chips.
I would contact your GI. Though have you maybe eaten something red? Beets? Sometimes things with red food colouring?

I wanted to check in and see how you're doing. Did you contact your GI? What did they say? Have things calmed back down?
